Ordering & Tracking
Ordering and tracking your purchase is fast, secure and easy. Here are specific instructions on how to use our Website.
ADD TO CART
To add a product to your cart, you have to be in the main product section. (PRODUCT - Select a type of product, in the list of products, click on the wooden button on your right hand side. You are now in the main product section). At the bottom of the page, you will find an ADD TO CART wooden button. To make sure you have added the product to cart, you could click on the VIEW CART button (a small wooden button in the upper right corner of the page. This VIEW CART is always visible during your visit).
CHECKOUT
When you are ready to leave, hit the VIEW CART. In the Cart page, click on the CHECKOUT button.
PAYMENT METHODS
All major credit cards or bank account can be used trough Paypal.
• PayPal is a quick and secure online payment service using a credit card or a bank account. At PayPal, you can choose how you would like to fund your PayPal payment (for example, using a checking account, credit card, or PayPal balance) and then send the payment. Wood Computer may require a credit card billing address registered at PayPal, sometimes called a "confirmed" address.
• Payment is traceable. You can track the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
• PayPal is immediate and convenient.
• It does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Wood Computer does not see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through the PayPal server), which limits the risk of an unauthorized use.
TRACKING
Every product could be tracked online. After you place and pay your order, you will receive an e-mail with the Wood Computer's CONFIRMATION ORDER (order description, sender name and website, tracking number and an estimated delivery date). You can track your product online directly with our Third Party Shipping Partner at their own web site (We usually use UPS or USPS).
